    NTC 5 - Protest time limit - Saturday 24 February
    The protest time limit is 1412hrs.
    NTC 6 - Change to schedule of races
    The schedule of races in the NoR and SSIs is changed to provide for four races to be sailed on Sunday 25 February.

    NTC 1 - Change to safety regulations for trailer yachts
    The Notice of Race (NoR) 1. Rules has been amended as follows:
    Safety Regulations requirements for trailer yachts have been amended and now reads as follows:
    1.2 (b)The Yachting New Zealand Safety Regulations Part V Category A shall apply to trailer yachts, with the following modifications:
    12.0 Safety Equipment
    12.01 (b) Type 405 or 406 lifejackets will be permitted to be worn in place of Type 402.
    12.04 (c) A minimum of two red hand-held flares and two orange hand-held smoke torches shall be carried.
    This complies with YNZSR Part II 18.07 Category 5 requirements for Keelboats.
    13.03 A minimum of five litres of fuel shall be carried upon leaving shore at the start of each day.
